Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our Ontario, Canada warehouse. No customs, no border delays.

Do you ship to the United States?

We currently ship within Canada only.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email once shipped.

Parts & Fitment

How do I know if a part fits my vehicle?

Use our Year / Make / Model search on the homepage. Only compatible parts appear in results. Still unsure? Email us with your vehicle details and part number — we confirm before you order.

Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?

OEM-quality aftermarket replacements. They meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications and fit exactly like the factory part.

What part number should I reference?

Every listing includes the OEM part number (e.g. GM1087253, FO1000571). Cross-reference with your dealer or a parts database to confirm.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging. Email trillionauto@gmail.com with your order number.

My part arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us within 7 days with photos. We send a replacement or full refund — no need to ship the item back.

What does the 1-Year Warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects under normal use within 12 months. We replace it at no cost.
