At Trillion Auto, we believe you should never be stuck with a part that doesn’t work. That’s why we cover the cost of return shipping on every single order — no forms, no phone calls, no hassle.

The Zero Risk Guarantee

If a part doesn’t fit your vehicle for any reason — wrong fitment, damaged in transit, or simply not what you expected — we will email you a prepaid Canada Post return label within 2 hours of your request. You drop it at any Canada Post location and your full refund is processed within 3 business days of us receiving the part.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@trillionauto.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (e.g. “wrong fitment” or “arrived damaged”)
  2. We email you a prepaid Canada Post return label within 2 business hours
  3. Pack the part securely in its original packaging if possible and drop it at any Canada Post location
  4. Your full refund is processed within 3 business days of us receiving the return

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Return shipping cost: Free — we provide a prepaid Canada Post label
  • Label delivery: Within 2 business hours of your request
  • Refund method: Original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 3 business days after we receive the return
  • Reason required: No — we don’t require an explanation
  • Condition required: Parts must be uninstalled and in returnable condition

Damaged or Defective Parts

If your part arrives damaged or is defective, email us at returns@trillionauto.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required for damaged items at our discretion.

1-Year Warranty

Every part sold by Trillion Auto is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a part fails under normal use within 12 months of purchase, contact us and we will replace it at no charge.
