Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Use this number to track your package directly on the Canada Post or Purolator website.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us at returns@trillionauto.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
